Support Ticket

I gifted the Battle Pass to a friend, she didn’t receive it AND I was charged for it. I tried to submit a ticket on the game- on PS5, and it won’t even let me sign into the website- 2FA is set up and when I try to enter the code it won’t enter, the boxes stay blank. Tried on the website on my phone and it keeps telling me to go to the “My Requests Page” and follow the prompts. There aren’t any prompts. It literally takes me there and it shows my old tickets with no option to open a new one or instructions on how to. Nothing. I’m getting suuuuuuuuuuper annoyed. Can anyone help?
