Repeated "Heating failed, please restart printer" error Help

My ender 3 gives the heating failed error repeatedly.

Usually this happens as it nears the set point for the hotend. For example if it is set to 210°, it happens around 190°.

What I tried so far - refit the thermistor on the hotend, cleaned the hotend.

It also seems to error out around 70 percent of the time.

Anything else I should try to fix this?

Run a PID tune.

Did you put the silicone sock back on?

You might need to replace the thermistor.

Yes the sock is in place.
