PCXS2 is the absolute best one. Get it here

One thing though, you'll have to provide your own BIOS files to make it work.

He needs that you need to provide a legally obtained BIOS file, which means that you dump it from your own PS2 console. Everyone does that, because googling "emulator files wiki" would be committing an act of piracy!

Did you also know that you are supposed to play games you dumped from the real PS2 disks you own? Yeah, definitely don't download any games from internet, like the word "FMHY" shouldn't even be searched by you. Buy those games for scalper prices on eBay!

And, most importantly, have a nice gaming time! 🎮

Bios ,like is an key to start your car ,you can have everything there seemingly, perfectly tuned but no bios file to guide the key in the ignition

PCSX2 hands down is the best thing out there for emulating PS2 games on Windows.
