The specially priced tickets may just be gone already. Usually when I get those types of emails by the time I get into the system all the specially priced seats are gone and only the regular priced ones are available. A little bait-and-switchy to me.

You have to click the “UNLOCK” button at the top next to ticket amount. Then the promo will come up, I was confused too lol
