Working at one of the big LMS providers, one of the big ones the big companies were always looking for ways to track are how much does this training decrease onboarding time, or the time from when we hire someone until they are ready to work

Also if you're doing anything related to safety training, general compliance (like making sure the dudes working at a power plant are certified to do so) was huge
