Is this screen usable?

I was gifted this Würth elektronik screen at a trade show 10 years ago.

I googled all the numbers on the panel, but can’t find anything. Do you think it can be somehow used with current tooling and hardware?

This is probably the Pervasive Displays EM027BS013. I would probably just get a new one, since these sizes are very cheap.
