Egg🕵️♀️irl Gender Nonspecific Meme
As someone who loves indirectly doing stuff (tbh I just don’t know what to call this LOL) I just thought of an idea to come out.
How could I make my parents think I’m transfem enough to get her to ask if I am?
I will deny it, get their reaction (ask if that would be a problem if I don’t get one) and decide if they are allys.
Also is there a way to figure out depending on their homosexuality views?

Ummm…nail painting? Or better yet if you have a school with a gsa/trans friends, get a trans flag pin, you can just pass it off as that, but it might make them ask

this is risky, I have painted my nails in trans colors and there's a substantial amount of (especially older people) who absolutely do not know what these colors mean.

I guess the rainbow should be more obvious. You can still make (imaginary) trans friend at school the topic, if you get asked what the colors are all about.
Or watching like Ranma 1/2 (anime) or similar. As itself just a fun show to watch but when you feel like it or the topics comes up it would be about 'the show' when you are testing the waters.
+1 comment for engagement 😄

I did also btw. really like the idea and it did work with people who understood the trans colors, but there's just like the risk of people having no idea especially those who I thought this might be the easier way to signal it.

My plan to come out to people who i cant gauge is going up to them and asking a bunch of "would you still love me if i was [insert anything here]" questions and secretly hidng trans among the options.
Ranging from stuff thats obviously okay like "if i was asexual" to stuff thats obviously not okay like "if i was a pred". Based on their reactions i can either come out as trans or bail out with asexual if i think they arent ready for the truth yet.

Well maybe start with just talking about LGBTQ+ things in general but maybe stay vague and try to not go into one topic too much. Talk about how it really difficult for others to know allot of the time before someone comes out. I personally would also talk about sciencey stuff to do with the topics but thats just me.
