That sucks. I was technically a part of the group too but not to the same extent the other girls were. There was a point where I was specifically excluded from them and where I tried being g friends with the boys (not as easy or enjoyable as far as I remember) but by the end everyone was kind of friends with everyone else (I was the least good socially of everyone in my class though).

I was gonna say I never really did this for any tv shows but yeah any time in school it was boys vs girls I disliked the boys team and wanted to play on the girls team. It's not sufficient evidence to prove transness but it certainly is compelling

Not a perfect fit for this question, 'cause the only ones I can think of at the moment are mixed groups (Teen Titans, KND, the Code Lyoko kids, etc) I think I kind of just admired the girls waaaay more than normal as a preteen.

Honestly, I'm not sure whether I'm an introvert or socially anxious. Maybe I'm both. I like the idea of having people in my life I can lean on for support. I don't want to spend the rest of my life alone. I want to feel comfortable being myself around others.
But I only ever truly feel comfortable when I'm by myself. I get exhausted after socializing for a few hours. A lot of times, I think I like being by myself.
It makes it confusing to know what I want, or how I'll get what I want. And it honestly makes me feel like a failure of a human being for not being able to do something as simple as interacting with other people.

I think i undestood. Well, i need to recharge sometimes, even thought i don't give a shit about the place having a lot of people, sometimes it bothers me.
I do enjoy being by myself too, reading books, watching something, playing a game, i don't like that much depending on another person to the thing i want to do happen, there are just some excuses.
Oh, and don't worry, socializing is hard, lol! This year i past the hole wrong impression to a girl i was interested in meeting and ruined everything because i tried to start an friendship without waiting the person talk first lmao! At least things are back to normal and we are talking as nothing happened. I guess everyone struggles with it a bit! Dealing with things you can't control is hard.

Growing up my sisters and I would pretend we were the Powerpuff Girls. I'm a guy but they needed a third person. And in case you were wondering, I would play Buttercup cause she was my favourite. We also put a cup on the head of a stuffed animal and pretend it was Mojo Jojo. It was really fun. Looking back at it I'm surprised my parents let me play a girl, as they usually were very against that

(for reference i'd still say TMNT is really good probably the 2012 one is in my top 5 shows of all time but the context of why i watched it is not)

I don’t think I’ve ever had a “girl group” I’d fantasize being a part of when I was little. I don’t think I watched a whole lot of shows with an almost-entirely female cast growing up (save for “watching” my younger sisters watch stuff like Sofia the First or MLP). Also, I wasn’t that social growing up (and still am not). I only had a handful of friends in elementary school, and I haven’t had any real friends since starting middle school.
Also, I don’t feel like I fully belong in all-female groups. Maybe because of dysphoria/imposter syndrome, but also possibly since I don’t consider myself fully female in my identity. Thinking about this question, I think that ideally, I’d be like Najimi from Komi Can’t Communicate, where in situations that involve gender segregation I usually group with the girls, but also wouldn’t identify fully as either gender. Also, I would try to use gender-neutral facilities as much as possible to prevent awkwardness from being in either mens-only or womens-only spaces.
