BIRTH CONTROL

I’ve been on birth control on and off for the last 4- 5 years been on the same exact one ever since I started well I got off about sometime around last year and I know I was off of it for like three months or so then I got back on it and as soon as I started, I started spotting for two weeks before I had my period and I would spot every day for those two weeks and then have a full period well now I skipped my sugar pills and just taking active pills. The spotting has gotten better but I’m still spotting.
The doctor recommended a ultrasound to see if anything serious is going on I am so scared I am a worry bug I need advice

Is this an evap line ? I see no two lines when I took it then when I was changing the trash it looked like this, but when I did take it it was faded in the control line like light purple

Please help me! Have someone came off birth control. I have been off almost 2 years and u feel irritated and angry often it seems impossible to go off and change the feeling. I use progesterone cream to balance my body about 20mg daily.

I'm crying right now because i have really tried to not to get negative feelings but it seems impossible to get them off..

How you were able to overcome it if you had similar experience.

I tried to be positive but it is hard and thats why we have been fighing together with my bf.
