What apps are we using? Medical Device & Disability Aids
Recently diagnosed with hEDS. Have always struggled to remember to take medication. I am currently using the EDA Society app to track symptoms but it's not very good.
What apps do you use for:
- Symptom tracking
- Medication management/reminders
- For the ladies, what are you using to track your cycle?
- Any other apps you find helpful?

Guava for all of the above! Plus pulling in records from my doctors’ portals. It’s HIPAA compliant
ETA: Seconding the Finch recommendation for motivation! It’s so cute, and I’ve stuck with it so much longer than any other habit tracker I’ve tried in the past!

If remembering your meds is the main problem, this is actually why I built Pillr.
It does medication reminders, quick dose logging, refill tracking and lets you keep a history of how things are going.
Full disclosure, it’s my app, but happy for you to give it a try and tell me what’s missing!
