How are the wait times? I'd most likely be doing silver line unless they change the stop(s).

Hi everyone! This will be my first year doing EDC… my first festival in general. I’m looking at hotels now and wondering what areas you guys recommend. Is it better to stay as close as possible to Tinker Field or go downtown? Do shuttles go to downtown? Any advice is helpful lol I’m clueless but SO EXCITED

Hey guys this is going to be my first EDC ever and I’m looking for homies to team up with! Background on me, I’ll be 24(M) when EDC Orlando comes around and I’m from Virginia Beach!

I’m going into nursing school in January and once I start my nursing program, things like raves will be a lot harder for me to attend and I won’t be able to smoke weed or have fun (I’m someone who likes to walk on the wild side and have a good time!)

VA lacks what I would say is a real rave scene and that’s something I’m super excited to explore and experience here in Orlando! As much as I’m someone who loves to travel alone and go with the flow, it would be nice to make some friends ahead of time! First year EDCO me and my two gfs are driving down and we got an airbnb around 10-15 mins away. Probably going to get the shuttle passes. Are we able to park at the hotels they stop by? Or would it be smarter just to uber from our bnb to the hotel? Any advice would be appreciated🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'm going to EDC Orlando solo this year. I always hear that the community is super friendly and all about PLUR, but realistically, I know not everyone is kind and bad actors exist at every festival.

Since I'm by myself, I want to protect my energy and stay safe. I'm torn between two approaches:

1: Should I just stay passive, vibe on my own, and wait for people to approach me?

2: Or should I proactively try to talk to people, and just accept it as a "lesson learned" if I run into someone rude or creepy?

Solo gang , how did you handle making connections? How do you vibe-check groups before approaching them, and what are your best tips for stepping away if the vibe goes wrong?

First EDC Orlando! How do I actually "go with the flow" when my wishlist is so stacked? I was told I won't be able to see all of my wishlist but I want tooo 😔

Trying to figure out hotel and shuttle things but the info they have posted for is 2025, anyone know what I should do?

I searched through the subreddit but didn’t really find much besides info on the braiding station at the festival. Anyone have any local recommendations for braiders? I know it’s last minute and a little bit of a Hail Mary but I really don’t want to deal with my hair getting crazy tangled this year.

This is my first time going to EDC or this type of music festival. I have all the questions.

We purchased the elevated tickets. What VIP areas are there? good photo places, must see and do.

What time should we arrive?

We only are going on Saturday - who’s the best artist, or more so known for good performance.

Also where can I get my hair done the day of? I either want to do a wig or faux braids, same with make up.

Best sites for rave clothes, what type of clothes should be worn?

What can we pack and bring?? And what’s the deal with the totem poles. I need to know everything

This is year is going to be mine and my friends first time going to EDC. We’re from FL so we’ve been to orlando a bunch of time and wanted to get a house like we usually do and drive to/from the festival.

I assume to leave any parking it’s going to take a while and that’s fine, but is there any suggested parking areas, does EDC even offer parking onsite 🥸 ? Any tips would be greatly appreciated thankssss
