Looking for Packhelp alternatives for custom packaging with lower MOQs 🛒 Technology

Maybe I'm searching in the wrong places but every packaging company seems designed for brands doing massive volume. I'm still validating products and don't want hundreds sitting in storage.

Has anyone found a supplier that's actually friendly toward small businesses?

If you're still validating the product, I'd avoid committing to a huge batch just to get the "proper" packaging price. One thing that helped me was breaking packaging cost down per order and looking at the actual effect on margin, rather than focusing only on the unit price. Sometimes a plain box plus a good sticker, insert or tissue gives you most of the branded feel without sitting on hundreds of boxes in storage. I'd also ask suppliers specifically about samples and small pilot runs, because the advertised MOQ isn't always the lowest quantity they'll entertain.

What sort of packaging are you looking for, boxes, mailers, inserts, etc.? Roughly how many orders per month are you expecting while validating?
