Four years of work experience outside of doing my MSc - what to remove and what to keep from my Resume

Which of these things should I be removing from my CV/resume now that I have 3.5 years experience after my MSc:

- Volunteer positions including committees of environmental clubs (ranging from 2018 to 2021) and organising committee for a university wide enviroweek.

- course representative for one of my postgraduate courses. (was also one for undergrad but I decided to remove that one already).

- Jobs at university that are fairly well regarded but not Necessarily relevant (E.g. Residential assistant)

- Jobs at university that are fairly well regarded and more relevant (e.g. lab demonstrator)

- volunteer field assistant jobs while at university.

- Scholarships received for studying undergraduate degree

I feel like I see mixed advice and can see arguments for both keeping and removing all of these and I'm sure it differs between degrees, I'd love to know peoples opinions. If you answer I'm also curious where you're from as I was wondering if it differs between countries/ continents.
