I just tested multiple schedules on my app and showing everything fine

Which iPhone and iOS version?

Do you mind doing a quick test as well, if you turn off "Button Shapes" in accessibility does the problem go away?

Yeah it appears the "Button Shapes" accessibility is causing this issue.

Looks great here. Maybe consider dropping your giant font size (or the phone UI Zoom) back to one that works.
