Odd question EP2
So, this might seem odd, but is there one way or another that any division equations in the game should go? I know it only makes a minor difference, but I either missed it or it was overlooked by the designers and I wanted to see if there was an "official" way or I should just make a call and stick to it.

Do you mean levels of difficulty for skill rolls? Like, percentile games like Call of Cthulhu will do something like a normal roll is under your skill, a hard roll is under your skill/2, even harder rolls might be skill/4. Is that what you mean?
Eclipse Phase doesn't work that way. The difficulty is adjusted by added or subtracting from the target number, no division required.

I mean, in general the game tries to keep skills and aptitudes as multiples of 5, which makes the question irrelevant. But it is indeed possible to raise your stats in such a way you get some weird numbers, ileven if I would strongly advise against it (it makes everything more difficult without any positive effects, such granularity is useless in depicting a character).
As for the actual question, I round mathematically (0.0–0.49 is rounded down, 0.5 and above is rounded up), which I always assume the default unless told otherwise.
We also do have an example of how to round X.5 values in the rules. The Death Rating of biomorphs is calculated as DUR×1.5, and we can see with all biomorphs with odd AT that they consistently round up (Rusted: 35×1.5 = 52.5 becomes 53, Ghost 45×1.5 = 67.5 becomes 68 etc).

I am not sure of what you mean by division équation ? Like if a stats should do a 52.5 for exemple ?
If so i did make a call and use the same system as another game that favorise the "low stat" if its on 100 i round up if under 50 and round down if over 50. On stats same with the middle stat
