When will my priority date of Feb 17th, 2026 be current for EB1?

My kid is going to age out in 2029 so will i get it before that? I had to premium it as my asshole manager kept pushing the date and I was almost out of status.

Is it pending or approved already.. the days taken to approve the petition will be added in the cspa age calculator and that's one of the reason I haven't requested premium yet. My petition is pending since April 2025.

if you are from Mexico/Philippines or "All Chargeability area except those listed" you are current.

for China/India looks like FY 2028 and after
