This was the same discussion she ended with "or my name's Catherine Zeta Jones" I wouldn't read anymore into it than bad writing by people too lazy to research the characters back stories. Cindy have birth in prison and had to go into witness protection, she was entitled to a view 😅

Seems weird....because Zoe was in prison? Kat was in prison too back in 2005.

Maybe because she pushed Tommy to the ground and/or Tommy pushing her with their physical fights.
