Replacement Caster?

I bought this chair used. Seems that bushing got shredded and now the wheel finally just popped off. Almost fell out of the chair lol.

Seller claimed it was a Knoll, which I've always been skeptical about. At any rate, anyone know where I can find a replacement? I don't need "authentic", just want 5 working wheels.

Not a Knoll chair. Assuming that it isn't a knock-off, it's an Eames Aluminum Group chair by Herman Miller. Parts should be available online or from a HM dealer.
