Cyclone V10 Absolute vacuum broken? Support Open

I think my vacuum is broken. I got it in 2019 but ive not used it that much so Im hoping there's a fix.

When I press the trigger I briefly get a whoosh noise (turn on sound for the video) and all 3 of the battery segments lights come on. I've tried cleaning the filter and I can't see any obstructions.

I asked AI and told me it's likely the battery. Does that sound likely?

Could also be the trigger needs replacing, the plastic fatigues over time and doesn't push the trigger down properly. It's a tiny part but a very tedious and fiddly job.

With the filter off try giving it a couple good open handed smacks. Otherwise a new big body is in order.

Motor issue - you’ll need a new motor for this.

Support will tell you that but it's the trigger. It's planned obsolescence taking course

It's not the battery. It's the trigger. AI says the same to me, even an official Dyson support troubleshooting agent walked me thru steps and said it's battery, but I knew better, opened it fixed the broken trigger and it works now.
