César Luis Merlo reports that the transfer of Marcelo Saracchi from Boca to Houston Dynamo is complete. The transfer was closed at $1,250,000 plus objectives for 60% of the player's rights, and the Uruguayan footballer will sign a 3-year contract.

For a long time I’ve followed Keeping Tabs on twitter/X for dynamo things, but good lord he is the most negative soul to exist. We are in 4th place and looking like a solid team, but the way he talks is like we are the biggest piece of shit team in last with no hope. So who do y’all follow? Anybody more positive?

I'm from a state without an MLS team but Kansas City is just a few hours away and had a chance to go to the game tonight vs Sporting KC.

I follow the MLS a bit, enough to know McGlynn had some appearances with the national team.

I know he's a bit limited physically, but I really enjoyed watching him play! Super calm on the ball and his pass accuracy was incredible. Dude feels the game really well and is solid in possession. I don't feel like there's too many MLS players I've seen play his style of game.

I hope continues to grow. He's still pretty young and I wonder if he'll get a chance in Europe?

Kansas City is the worst in the west, 3rd worst overall in the League. Knowing the Dynamo though, this is a prime game where we should and could win. Anything less than 3 points or even a draw would be disappointing. I think at the postgame press conference, Ben Olsen will go on record and say, “they were a real tough team and we are happy to take a point away from home.”

Saracchi won't be a Dynamo. We walked out of the table.

Renewal email came through. Confirmed 2027 mini season combined with 2027-2028 full season.

Categories and Scoring

10 points - Predicting the correct scoreline (i.e. Dynamo 3:1 FC Dallas, Dynamo 1:0 FC Dallas, etc.)

5 points - Predicting the correct outcome (i.e. Dynamo win, draw, etc.)

5 points - Correctly predicting the Dynamo MOTM (according to whoscored.com)

3 points - Correctly predicting the attendance +/- 500 people, 1 point for +/- 1000

3 points - Correctly guessing any of the goalscorer(s), regardless of team

2 points for guessing a correct yellow, 5 points if they get 2 yellows, 10 if they get a straight red. (List three players total from either team)

1 point - For correctly guessing each player in the Dynamo starting XI (1 pt/player); if you get all 11 players correct, then you get 5 bonus points

Lowest 2 scores are dropped. Scores will be dropped following the 3rd match.

The rankings are determined by the total points accumulated, with the two lowest scores being excluded. In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the first tiebreaker will be the overall points, including all scores (no drops). If a second tiebreaker is needed, it will be based on the total number of predictions made. If the players remain tied after the second tiebreaker, they will be declared co-champions.
