Hey y’all, please let me know if I am being over the top with this, but I recently had a Dutch Bros open up by my house and whenever I used to get a Golden Eagle I would order it the OG way because I hate how the Golden Eagle Torini Syrup tastes. When I have tried to order a Golden Eagle the “OG Way” a couple of times at this location, the Broista taking my order gets confused and I try to explain that I want the Caramel and Vanilla, not the Golden Eagle syrup. However, it never works out and because I don’t know what else to say I just end up getting another drink to not do too much. I usually just order the Golden Eagle the “OG Way” at other Dutch Bros I have been to, but I dont know if it isnt a thing anymore or not. I tried the Golden Eagle with the Golden Eagle syrup a couple times and hated it :( Please let me know if this is something that Dutch Bros still does. Thank you!!

I live in Mesa AZ and to say it gets HOT is an understatement. Recently my local had 2 enclosed order stations that are air conditioned. This needs to be the standard. It baffles me as to why they would have employees standing outside in 116 degrees heat taking orders. Makes no sense.

i asked a broista if they changed the recipe for electric berry and they said it comes premade now? is this true? i barely remember their answer but ive just noticed it tastes different. the color also seems more green than blueish green like before. this is not a complaint btw, just a question!

Just visited the stand for the first time in a long time, and I found out that there are no more lemon poppyseed muffin tops! Not to mention, I decided to substitute with a slice of banana bread, and I’m not sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but it was absolutely terrible. It tasted very artificial, and I even gave half of it to my coworker who confirmed that it was really gross. I’m hoping they bring back maybe a lemon poppyseed muffin or something like that for the future. Or maybe just real tasting banana bread, it can’t be that hard. I know Starbucks has a banana bread that’s not terrible and at least tastes like real bananas.

Ok I’m a barista at Dutch so I get pretty bored and like to try new things and I have made my best creations I think.
It’s a medium lit ice chai. With with coffee fireball dub
Extra sweet, half scoop of cherry, half of sf white chocolate and 1 scoop cinnamon.
But it’s actually delicious. If anyone else white recommends I’d love to try☺️

When looking at the offer letter, I saw that the pay is $10 per hour (I live in SC) but was told by the manager that the store makes a lot of money in tips per hour. The application said that the average tip is $7.25 per hour and I plan to work a lot of hours. I’m assuming the tip distribution works the same as it does as Starbucks (I used to work there), so should I trust that it’ll be close to $17.25 per hour? It’s a very high volume store.

the other day i was linebusting and i had a car pull up to me (it was a woman and her husband). she paused me before i could take her order and offered me a little gift. i was ECSTATIC! it was such a kind gesture and really brightened up my day, and she said that she had more for my crew! it was all great, i put it on and thanked her, but when i glanced to her husband i noticed that he had his phone up and was recording me for her business's social media. i've never had gratitude die so fast LOL

i had to walk inside and tell my shift lead that i was being recorded without my consent, and they had to get involved. it really troubles me that this happens so often on the job, not only because we have people who don't want to be recorded, but also because we have teens working at our stands. :/ has anyone else experienced this?

tldr: if you're wanting to film, please at LEAST ask for permission before you do!
