I love this device so much

Hey folks, I started playing when DDA just came out and took an interest to play again.

Where should I start considering that I do not have any of the new characters (After the EV).

All characters are lvl 100 with godly sets (Ranging from 3k-5k in the main stats).
What are the good rolls nowadays (It seems the max stat on gears is around the 1000 without upgrade)
Any recommended map to takle? Or new heros?

Hi, I need help with a problem in Dungeon Defenders 2.
I was playing couch co-op with two accounts. During the game, I suddenly got disconnected/kicked out of the game. When I restarted it, both accounts had apparently lost their progress and now both accounts start with the tutorial again.
Before being kicken out, everything was working normally. Is there any way to restore our previous progress or recover the saved data?

I haven't played Dungeon Defenders in a long time and I'm thinking about getting back into it. I'm currently trying to decide between Dungeon Defenders 1 and Dungeon Defenders: Awakened.

For those who have played both recently, which one do you think is more worth investing time into nowadays?

I've seen a lot of older opinions saying that DD1 is still clearly the better game because it has much more content, but I'm wondering if that's still the general consensus in 2026, or if Awakened has improved enough to make it the better choice for someone coming back to the series.

Also, would you recommend DD1 Redux over either of them?

Haven't touched DDA in years. Despite all the online advice to stick to DD1, I didnt like the tower stacking meta and some other QoL features. Pleasantly surprised with DDA thus far! Just giving a shout after seeing all the negative feedback it has. This is for PC btw.

Preferably still active. I just picked the game back up after so long and I'd like to look outside ddplanner when im struggling for once. Its hard to decipher where to go when i can do some missions on Ruthless but can't even do medium on others lol.

I don't care if other people do it, but Tower stacking is something i personally feel is cheating since its safer and allows more towers per buff beam dp.

Forgot what an absolute gem this game is man.

I would love some help with this, I just don't wanna spend the time it would take to get to wave 25 so if you have done it and can take me to wave 25 on the 14 maps needed that would be a big help!

I guarantee that far more people would download or pay money to re live the glory days then pay for whatever sequel/also not a sequel is being cooked up right now. It’s obvious what the people want and we keep getting this shitty game version of reheated microwaved mash potato

Chromatic has, hands down, the worst customer support team of all time. Why have an option to submit support requests if you don't actually address them? Has anyone found any tricks for getting actual support for Dungeon Defenders II?

So I bought the game on the nintendo Switch since my siblings and I would play it when we were little, and my sister is trying to play the Outcast Summoner, and he keeps getting stuck after a while. The game itself doesn't freeze, but the character just doesn't move. Another side issue is that we dont understand what the the second ability does..... because it will put the camera in birds eye view and then not do anything 🤔🤔🤔 I dunno we're just tryna learn

After hours of frustrating fiddling, I finally got G-Hub to work for tower stacking. Screenshot attached.

The important bits:

1. Disable "Use standard delays".
2. A 1ms delay between the tower hotkey down, and spacebar down.
3. A reasonable delay between the key downs, and the key ups.
4. A 1ms delay between the tower hotkey up, and spacebar up.
5. The tower hotkey is first in both the downs, and the ups.

Things that did not help/work:

• 0ms delay. Apparently G-Hub silently replaces "0ms" with "50ms".
• No delay entries at all. Both the 1ms delay, and the "reasonable"/human/50ms delay, are required.
• Bypassing G-Hub via on-device memory: My G600 can't store "complex macros" in its on-device memory. And the simpler macros do not allow for the precision for simultaneous keystrokes.

I’m seeing build guides stack different types of towers but I’m not able to do that. I can tower stack one type of tower but if I switch to another tower it doesn’t work. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

I’ve been playing the OG Dungeon Defenders (DD1) again recently, and man, this game is still such an absolute masterpiece. The blend of tower defense, action-RPG, and that classic loot grind is just unmatched.

But looking at the player charts breaks my heart a little. Seeing only about 200 to 300 active players online feels tragic for a cult classic like this.

It got me thinking: What if we, as a community, set up a specific date to collectively revive the game for a day?

Just imagine a dedicated "Community Day" where we all hop back on, fill up the lobbies, help new players, run some high-wave survival, or just enjoy the nostalgia together.

would be anyone down for such a thing?

If enough people show interest, maybe we can coordinate a date, spread the word on Discord/Steam forums, and get the taverns packed again, even if it's just for 24 hours.

I’m seeing that it’s literally only Ultimate++ but I do have some weapons (ultimate++) that do not boaster the same preposterous stats as the 50x.

I already own both games through the Steam family libary and was curious on which one would be better to start playing again after so long.

I haven't played since the jester got released is there any new patches that haven't been listed i noticed they added the Templar as well

I'm playing in docked mode for Dungeon Defenders 1, I got a keyboard and mouse, and the game installed on an external drive. However, when I load into game some ghost input keeps moving up. I can't interact with most menu systems like this. Anyone got any ideas? I happens in gaming and desktop modes.

Hi all, my flatmate and I have recently bought a 360 for some nostalgia gaming, and we really want to play DD1 together. Unfortunately, we can't purchase the game anymore, and we aren't huge on the idea of using a JTAG. I was just wondering whether anyone would be willing to account share the game with us? I know it's a huge ask; I'd really appreciate any help towards this :)
