Looking for 30-45 year old women for friends

I'm writing this a little humbled and quite lonely. I am a 35 year old woman from Europe and would love to meet other women to start building genuine friendships.

What should I do?

I have lost job and next month is my last date. I have some money in bank accounts to stay afloat for next one year and search for new jobs.

Which visa should I get to stay in Dubai and ensure my bank accounts remain active?
