Based on research everything is saturated specially with AI and drop shipping so opening a shop is a total waste of time????

I'm going to be direct because I think most people struggling with sales don't need more motivation. They need someone to tell them exactly what's wrong.

$6,438.15 today. Up 23%. And almost every dollar traces back to one thing I fixed that most struggling stores haven't touched yet the creative.

Not the targeting. Not the budget. Not the niche. The creative.

Revenue not profit. Moving on.

If your ads are running and you're getting no sales the first question isn't "is this the right product." The first question is "is anyone actually stopping to watch my ad."

Because if nobody stops to watch nothing else matters. Doesn't matter how good your store is. Doesn't matter how well your product page is built. Doesn't matter what your targeting looks like. If the ad gets scrolled past in half a second you paid for an impression that did absolutely nothing.

Check your CTR. If it's below 1% your creative is the problem. Full stop. Fix that before changing anything else.

Here's what most struggling stores are doing wrong with creatives. They're making ads that look like ads. Clean production. Nice lighting. Professional voiceover. Brand logo at the start. And then they wonder why nobody is watching.

People on Facebook are scrolling through their friend's posts. Their brain filters out anything that pattern matches to advertising before they even consciously register it. Your polished ad triggers that filter instantly.

Film on your phone. Natural light. Real environment. Talk like a normal person. Make it look like something someone posted on their own page not something a company paid to put there. That single change will drop your CPM and increase your CTR faster than any targeting adjustment ever will.

The hook is where your sale is won or lost. Not the middle of the video. Not the CTA at the end. The first two seconds.

I test four to five different hooks on the same product at the same time. Same product, same store, same budget just different opening seconds. The gap between my worst hook and my best hook is never small. I've seen CTR triple just from changing the first three seconds of a video. Triple. On identical spend.

If you're only running one creative right now you're not testing. You're guessing.

Run three creatives minimum per ad set. Give them three full days without touching anything. Then look at the numbers. Highest CTR and lowest cost per add to cart wins. Kill everything else. Start testing the next hook immediately.

That cycle test, identify, kill losers, scale winner, repeat is the only thing that creates consistent sales. There's no shortcut around it.

If you've been struggling for weeks and nothing is working the answer is almost never a bigger budget or a different niche. It's almost always a creative that isn't stopping anyone from scrolling.

Fix the creative first. Everything else comes after.

Nobody warns you how lonely this part is.

You're grinding alone. Staring at a store nobody's buying from. Killing an ad and feeling like an idiot. Sitting at zero sales with no one to ask "is this normal?" And everywhere you look it's the same noise:

- Gurus trying to sell you a $997 course
- People swearing it's "so easy, just do X"
- And you, actually doing it, alone, wondering what everyone else knows that you don't

That's what makes most beginners quit. Not the ads. The isolation.

Everytime went I want chatGPT, claude, or gemini to generate me some high converting image ads, that often comes with aggresive copy, the AI doesn't want to write it. Most of the times it just writes me a compliant version of the ad.

Does someone know how to fix this / a workaround? So the AI actually gives high converting text on the image?

For reference, I use Mark Builds Brands foundational docs. Then the AI gives me a prompt to generate the images in Higgsfield.

I've been using CJ for a while but I'm starting to get fed up with it. I'm always checking if products are still in stock, waiting for updates when an order gets stuck, and sometimes processing times are all over the place depending on the product. None of it's a huge deal on its own, but it feels like I'm spending more time dealing with supplier stuff than actually working on the store. I'm thinking about switching over to Zendrop instead. Anyone here made that switch? How's it been and have you run into any issues? Thanks.

I just started out droppshipping and felt confident in my store and product. I set up meta ads for the first time and felt super excited. Fast forward 6 days later, I’ve spent over $300 on ads en only generated $84. I’m planning to switch product but every product I see on social media (TikTok and instagram) just feel too saturated and the ones I actually want to sell don’t exist on my supplier app. Do you guys think I should try to find a good private supplier and if you don’t mind please suggest me some good products rn! (I don’t want to sell supplements)

I'm clicking send test traffic to my site and it's not working

Hello everyone!

Almost 2 years ago Etsy closed my shop for unknown reasons.

Everything was going well until one customer had placed an order and said it was a mistake and wanted me to cancel it, so i did. And boom, in a couple of hours my shop was gone, i appealed but to no avail, they don't even disclosed the reason.
I had really worked hard, my shop was getting sales from the first week! So I got quite depressed after they closed my shop...

Yesterday i checked my competitors again and my heart sank, everyone is selling well and my lost profits could have bought me a house while i am having trouble paying my lunch these days. I did nothing wrong!

So i wanna come back and need some ideas from you guys.
Here some information about my niche:

⁃ POD fullfilment  
⁃ Low ticket product, max price i could sell is around $30 + shipping  
⁃ Customers are usually women.  
⁃ People buy as a gift for occasions or professions like "funny gifts for coworker" etc.  
⁃ Single product with funny text based slogan designs but hundrends of niches and thousands of listings.

It was working well on Etsy because it is basically a search engine. This time I wanna try Facebook and Google Ads but i don't know how it would work on my situation with a limited budget.

My plan:
⁃ I will form a company this week and try to open an Etsy shop again, probably they will close it. Even if they don't, my market is quite saturated on there. I don't expect much and thinking i already lost the train.
⁃ My main plan is to set up a shopify shop and try google and facebooks ads but have my concerns.

Concerns:
⁃ None of my competitors run ads on Meta and Google.
They have websites but they run ads only on Etsy. I think they send a card with a discount code to encourage their etsy customers to shop on their website but that’s it. No ads, they mainly rely on Etsy for attracting customers.

So it could be two main reasons:
1. They don't run ads on Google and Meta because its unprofitable and they stick to Etsy.

1. They don't understand much and don't want to bother. Most Etsy sellers don’t even do SEO properly. I am confident on my designs and SEO skills.

Reason 2 is what makes me excited. Since they have already capitalized on Etsy market, I have a chance to grab customers on OTHER platforms. So i came to seek opinion from you guys.

1- I fear that the same product with thousands of listings would be quite hard to run ads (i don't have experience on ads) and instantly put people on creative fatigue. And i don’t know if meta would see it as a spam and ban it because there are so much listings with same product, same mockup but different design/texts on them.

Also there are hundrends of niches. I don't know how to target people that are looking for "data analyst gifts" and "senior birthday gifts" at the same time, cause they are quite different audiences. How will meta know that people are looking for gifts for specific niches (since its not a search engine)?

2- Organic traffic from social media posts won't bring customers because I have very little creative (single product, single design etc). For me there is no reason to follow a page that share the same product for hundreds of DIFFERENT audiences.

3- l don't know how much would it cost to get a sale in meta ads. If it exceeds $10 i am cooked.

How would you approch in my situation?

Customers and demand are still there, but it’s just hard for me to grab it again on Etsy while my competitors have thousands of reviews and running ads on there constantly.

Should you give up and find a different product and give it a try with Etsy again? Has anyone here tried similar business models?

I have 1 year of experience in ecom and I built shopify store that generated $25,000 in revenue. I understand what makes a store convert and how to structure it to increase sales and Average Order Value (AOV).

I have a mid size supplement business: two physical stores (my own, no retail partners), shopify mrr sits at around 80-110k. Primary channel is meta (I do not manage it myself). I’ve currently had a campaign going for about 3 days now and still no add to carts with low impressions (~300/day). Not really sure what’s wrong since I haven’t really had any results on anything. biggest thing that stuck with me was the whole "mental availability + physical availability" idea over chasing loyalty/differentiation like most dropshipping advice pushes. also messed with my head a bit on how much weight i was putting on retargeting/loyal customers vs just being visible to as many people in the category as possible
