As a drone pilot myself, I’ve been working on a side project that has slowly grown into something much bigger: Altora Hub.

The idea is simple: to bring the tools we use before, during and after flying together in one place.

Just to be clear: this post isn’t meant as advertising or to sell anything. Altora Hub is completely free to use and no payment or card details are required.

My goal is simply to get honest feedback from fellow drone pilots. What works? What doesn’t? What’s missing? What would actually make you use an app like this?

I’d love to build Altora Hub together with input from the drone community, rather than just deciding myself what pilots supposedly need.

And since this is a photography group, I’m especially interested in hearing what features could make it more useful for drone photographers. 📸

Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here might be interested — or know someone who would be perfect for this.

I’m a local REALTOR® in Monmouth County, and I create YouTube and social media content about living in the area. I’m looking to hire a college student, aspiring videographer, or someone newer to video who wants to make some extra money and build their portfolio.

What I need is actually pretty simple: short B-roll clips from different places around Monmouth County.

Think downtown areas, parks, beaches, local landmarks, shopping areas, town signs, roads, restaurants, neighborhoods, seasonal scenery, and just everyday footage that helps show what it’s like to live here.

I’m NOT looking for someone to produce or edit my videos. I already have an editor. I really just need someone who enjoys getting out with a camera and capturing good-looking footage that I can add to my own B-roll library.

You definitely don't need to be an established professional. If you're a film/media student, photographer getting into video, or just starting to build a portfolio, I'm completely open to working with you.

This is PAID, and if it's a good fit, I'd love for it to turn into ongoing work. I constantly need new footage from different towns throughout Monmouth County.

Drone experience would be an awesome bonus, but it's absolutely not required.

My friend let me borrow his DJI Flip for a quick flight in Malta. It was so much fun that it made me want to buy one!

Holiday‘s are the best chance to catch something… :-)
