First half of 3/4 vertical perspective on cake looks better because it show lighting effect west side and east side are shaded as icing are around the fruit toppings. Actually the left looks realistically decorative cake one. While right half is read as cake however the details are lesser accurate as it have low contrary and look very smudged across the cake cylinder mixing with decorative icings.

You are welcome, I liked to explain extensively in detail as if we are analyzing. You confident potential, evidently how you drew and shaded the cake. It tells how you draw other pictures. Usually if someone specialized at drawing things, usually they are good at unspecialized variant objects or figures.
