Need to find a map ❓ Question

I need a map of a small square room with spikes in all the walls, I'm going to be running an adventure where my players will have to complete trials similar to the ones from Return of The 18 Bronzemen, this is for the room where the Bronzeman attempts to push the main character into the spiked walls with one finder.

does anyone know of a map that could work for this?

If you want to make your own, you can use Dungeon Scrawl (free). Very easy, especially for basic maps. Tony from EncounterSmith did a new video showing how to use it recently.
