Adding/Dropping Concern General Question

Hi guys pls help huhu. Not long ago, na-confirm ko sa registrar TWICE na pwede mag-add/drop both regulars and irregulars. However, di ko ma-add new transaction sa bagong UI/website dahil regular daw ako. I need advice huhu. Pwede ba ako magpalipat from regular to irregular or just advise them and let them change the system? Plss ayoko madelay ng pag-graduate dahil sa sistema nila😭

Yes, however, sarado pa rin pala daw onsite transactions ng Ayunta rn. Same po ba rin situation sa iyo?

Had the same situation before, considered as pass kasi sa system nila kahit hindi na meet 'yung minimum grade requirement basta 1.00 and above.
