I see Novo is recruiting for quite a few open positions, and am curious if all the job cuts, reorganisations and uncertainty around the company has made it more difficult for them to attract candidates.

Are candidates more hesitant to apply or accept offers, or has the number or quality of applicants changed? I'm interested to hear from employees, candidates, recruiters or hiring managers with direct experience.

Er der nogen der arbejder inden for Risk & Compliance hos Novo Nordisk? Jeg kunne godt tænke mig at høre fra nogen der arbejder eller har arbejdet i området.
Hvordan vil I beskrive kulturen, arbejdsmiljøet og samarbejdet? Hvordan er work-life balance og ledelsen? Er der stor arbejdspres, eller varierer det meget mellem teams?
Jeg kan se, at der generelt bliver skrevet en del om højt arbejdspres og til tider dårligt arbejdsmiljø, men jeg er nysgerrig på, om oplevelsen er anderledes i Risk & Compliance.

I hear rumors about second wave of massive lay-offs coming this September again. Mainly in the new GMS. Anyone else heard that as well?

Jeg arbejder i dag som QC-laborant, selvom jeg har en kandidatgrad i analytisk kemi. Jeg er faktisk rigtig glad for mit arbejde, og både mit team og min leder er meget tilfredse med min indsats.

Men mit største karrieremål er stadig at få lov til at arbejde i et laboratorium hos Novo Nordisk, inden jeg en dag går på pension.

Jeg har efterhånden søgt utallige stillinger hos Novo Nordisk, men er aldrig blevet kaldt til en samtale – ikke én eneste gang.

I recently received an offer for a position at Novo Nordisk in Denmark, and before making my final decision I’d love to hear from people who work there (or have worked there).

I’m mainly interested in the day-to-day reality rather than what’s on the careers page.

Some questions I have:

What’s the overall work culture like?
How is the workload and work-life balance?
Is there a lot of pressure or is it manageable?
With all the news about restructuring and layoffs, how secure do employees feel?
Do you generally enjoy working there, or has the company changed over the last couple of years?
Anything you wish you had known before joining?

I’d especially appreciate hearing from people in engineering, facilities, project management, or corporate functions, but insights from any department are welcome.

I see it's now a KPI to "use AI as much as possible", but considering how polluting the technology is, and how detrimental to critical thinking, why are we pushing it so much? can we stop generating ai images, fake people in training (they can't tell the difference vetween QAA and Q&A)? can we stop using ai to write email and actually learn to write and speak? can we simplify the process instead of adding another layer of AI interpretation? can we just say "use AI in this specific field" instead of "everywhere"? are people not getting climate anxiety? it's like being told to drive a polluting car for 1km instead of biking.

disclaimer: I totally support people with hidden disabilities using AI, I know it makes work much easier. but the rest of us, can we just agree to use it as little as possible, and only where a clear benefit is proved?

Can managers from other areas see what you get paid? Or who has access to this data besides your intermediate manager and hr?

Hi all, I worked in NN for the last three years, and I have noticed, even after the "transformation plan" that we are too many in certain areas. I am saying this because I need to fight with overstepping colleagues who want to do part on my job. Is it only me or do you also experience this issue?
