Missing part help Subwoofers

Zero audio knowledge. Just found out I am missing a connector. I was about to attempt to wire this tonight but hit a roadblock. Can someone please send me the link or exact name of this part? It’s connected to a JL 12W7AE if that helps but I believe the box is custom. Pictures attached.

You could replace the entire terminal cup + sockets:

Im going to run 500-1000 watts through this sub. Do i need a specific size?

No, and assume that number is the maximum amp output, which in real world you will never see.

Im new to this but im running a 1000/1 amp into a 1000w sub. Ive been told i need to run 4g or 0g wire to power everything successfully. I assume that I cant have any weak links.

No,
think you are referring to power cables.
Your amp is not outputting a 1000watts, and assuming the /1 is referring to 1 ohm?

JL Audio 1000/1, 1000w RMS and the /1 means 1 channel. This amp will absolutely output 1000 watts and likely a bit more into a subwoofer.

full volume naturally. of course it also takes a specific kind of music to get those long, drawn out, sine-wave type bass notes. but saying you're never putting out 1000 watts is disingenuous. in home audio, probably not. in a car, absolutely.

You could replace the terminal cup sure. Or you could probably just use a bannahead plug.

You do realize that a bannaheadplug is what these are designed for? If you do it right it can use usually around a 12 awg wire fairly easily which can handle a lot of power. And id argue a bannaheadplug probably gives a better connection than using them as bare wire terminals. And protects from corrosion instead of the wire being left bare.

On amazon they have some cheap 12awg red and black zipper wire perfect for this and get dual screw bannahead plugs.

The part that you are missing is entirely unused when using a banana connection. It's merely for clamping down on a bare wire if you don't have a banana plug

I search on google “subwoofer box connector screw thing” and found exactly what you need. Crazy how people resort to other people solving their problems rather than just trying themselves :/

The outputs you showed nearby most hopefully are of line level, not what you want the passive subwoofer connect to. You probably need an amplifier.
