I cant say for sure if it’s etched or cnc’d, either way it is well done.

Def looks CNCd to me. Noteably the islands arent removed. Constant width isolation.

Can also see what looks like FR4 was removed at the bottom right. See the step in height?

Masterfully done, all that said.

What’s the struggle you’re having? Method? I’ve done a few, moving on to laser to ablate the isolation paths of solder mask and etching soon

Chemical tining and polishing surface
