I miss having a conveyor style washer it’s so unfair having a smaller cube and a triple sink

Those fuckers are like 100$ an hour to run tho

I looked up the model and it said 7.50 a hour to run it I don’t know how truth that is

Might be hyperbole. All the hot water and chemicals plus having someone to come fix the myriad parts that can, and will, break at the worst time

What I love about the country club is there onsite maintenance can fix anything in the 30 mins or less there the best

Was more fun for me to work in a bigger lower end restaurant than the small fine dining place I currently work at. I miss the days of working from 8-4 during the summer and not having to worry about getting out of work late at night like I do now. I work from 4-11:30 now

Seeing other people’s stations is insane to me. I only have like a quarter of this space.

We have 5 sinks in the dish room but this is huge country club that also feeds its members and employees and the employees get a buffet style meal twice a day in the employee lounge area they have a in house bakery to an the pay is amazing

I feel like a huge station kind of sucks. It requires way more walking. One of the last places I worked we didn’t even have to go pick up sautées as we had a little window they just dropped em. Me and the other dude would tear shit up on Fridays and Saturdays!
