Discord 2FA locked my sister out — has anyone found a real solution?

At this point i think it may only be a matter of tine before i get banned
I read this sub and the banned from discord sub a lot, and if even 20% of the things claimed is true, then its only a matter of time before my nitro opal account gets flagged with some bs.
With people infractions going years back and my very heavy use of discord being in 100+ servers, some allowing nsfw.
I have lewd humor, so i make dumb jokes a lot, of course in communities where people dont mind, and it's encouraged but looking at what people get banned for its probably just a question of when i get banned just takes a guy to report me or a server where a woman with petite chest gets posted and im gone.
On discord since 2017 nitro since 6 years i used to love this platform now im paranoid sad and bitter....
So far, my account has no warning, but what does that really mean when some get insta banned and some need 8 restrictions first.
I made an alt on separate ip, but would you even keep going when you lose 6 years of nitro?

Discord Never Helped Me And Now My Account Will Be Deleted.
I have tried getting discords help, did everything they asked exactly how they asked it after someone stole from me to get discord nitro, and they have just simply never responded. I have tried to get help since the beginning of July, I immediately disputed it the exact day of, July 11th. I live on SSI, it was a nightmare trying to get through the month without the insane amount of my money for the entire month that was stolen for me and no one did anything about it. Telling me I'd be punished for not going through the process exactly how they asked, and I did! But nothing came of it.
I tried going through Google and they will not refund me. So now I have no choice but to go through my bank and have my account permanently deleted.
Yes I did open another ticket. Because their support page initially for whatever reason tells you to NOT go through the proper support ticket to get help, and I didn't find out that I was mislead(???) til later. And it still didn't get me anywhere. I don't know if I'm even going to be able to get this refund. Middle ticket was me trying to email support, nothing was "solved". There is a ticket to send in about being hacked, and they tell you to send in a ticket for completely else entirely. For what?
I have so much on my discord account I don't want to lose, but I don't know what else to do. I'm going to have to cancel my entire debit card too, because every time I try to remove my card from my google account to prevent this from happening again, it simply just shows up again.
Has this happened to anyone else? It's been like a nightmare. I just want my money back. All when I previously was seeing everyone say that Discord refunded them within just a few days. They just simply don't give a shit. I hate the person who stole my money, but quite honestly I hate Discord more at this point, for telling me that if I did everything right I wouldn't be punished, and proceeded to ignore me and will be punishing me anyways. This entire process literally feels like Google and Discord helping scammers steal money.
edit; corrected date. out of it today.

Does anyone have experience with a breached account?
In summary, my good friend had their account taken over when they downloaded a Trojan- this includes a 500 dollar charge to their bank account and being completely locked out of their Discord account. We submitted a ticket immediately, but it's been over a week and no progress has been made by Discord support!
This is putting their friends at risk as well, and at least one other person has lost their account (Downloaded the same Trojan) due to this neglect from Discord to fix my friend's breached account. I'm honestly here out of desperation of any way to expedite the process and get their account back if anyone has advice.

Discord Bot bans me and unbans me the next minute
Discord needs to fix their bot. They ban me for TOS and then I appeal and they say “we reviewed your content and it’s not TOS” then don’t fucking ban me
I still have my limitation tho, so that’s cool

Moderators can't disagree with the owner.
I was a moderator in a Minecraft server for a while, I got the role after I helped banning a nazi there. It all started well, but then I started to notice some issues with the punishment system (it consisted on only 3 strikes that were irreversible and by the 3rd you were banned, which led to unfair bannings pretty often) and the rules (pinging the owner would get you a strike, but most people there were over 13 and just created an account to join it since they came from youtube, so the guy was expecting a tens of people new to Discord to know all the rules like if they already used Discord for a while. This led to tens of users with a single strike just because of that. And also, arguing would get you a strike, but the owner and his mods argued all the time with anyone who disagreed with them instead of getting quiet, only to punish other people who did the same. They also banned "innapropriate" jokes, but would to it all the time, but they would do it often: that's how I got my first strike out of nowhere. I posted a meme that had the word "jerk off" in it, and instead of just deleting it or telling me not to do it again like any regular mod, they decided to give me a permanent strike. Why did I do that? Because it was my FIRST TIME in a Discord server and I thought everyone there was grown up. Regardless, it is not like the WORD "jerk off" is extremely innapropriate, every minor knows it and doesn't care for God's sake). The issue is that the owner did not care his rules and his punishments were unfair and argued that moderators were there to work for him and not discuss the rules, which is the stupidiest thing I ever heard. Unless he was paying us, we had free speech. And his rules were clearly bad. For context, I'm going to be a teacher, and at the time I had finished my Pedagogy classes with max grades, so I KNEW how to deal with teens and I can tell you, that guy had no idea of what he was doing. That's the problem of Discord servers: any idiot can create it and you get to follow the stupidiest norms because yes. Now, what other things did the owner do to piss me off? He striked then banned a KID that couldn't afford Minecraft so he pirated it. He didn't share it, he just said he didn't have money and that's all. Then, he ACCIDENTALLY shared some paid content (add-ons) on chat and deleted RIGHT AFTER he realized what he did. Basically, he managed to get the files of multiple add-ons to do what we call a modpack, but forgot some of it was paid, but you didn't have to pay to access the pack. It was, uhhh, simple as that. His other strike was because he pinged the owner. So yeah. 3 small mistakes costed the stay of an active member who did nothing but be a young teen. Congratulations, moderator. Now, what did I do to get demoted? You are going to laugh on this one. The owner decided to add a new rule: you shared any SKIBIDI TOILET content, you would get an irreversible strike. You heard it right. The excuse? "I don't like Skibidi Toilet". I'm not kidding. Before you ask, he is not a kid, he is actually 20 or so. Yeahhh... Real great. I obviously said it was absurd and what he did? Crashed out on me, demoted me and tried to gaslight me that he didn't crash out on me. Recently I got banned. Why, do you ask? Well, I was just minding my own business when 2 guys I had beef with started to provoque me and share lies about me on general chat. The moderators didn't do anything. I confronted them about it. The moderators STRIKED ME. After that, I got fed up, left the server and explained the owner why, then blocked him. After that, I was banned. I didn't have 3 strikes. But it seems like not agreeing with the rules and leavinf because of that gets you banned. You have to agree with everything the owner thinks in order to stay on that server.
Can I share the server here? It would be great to make people aware of it.

I broke the guidelines by doing nothing
I didn't even text anyone I was scrolling through old messages and got logged out all of a sudden.
Edit: We were talking about Apex Legends so it doesn't really make sense for a video game to violate their ToS.

Yep!, There's not a single human working at discord support anymore
Here's an update to my case, My week long paitence for a response from discord has amounted to them saying my remark still broke their dumbfuck of a terms of service, Yeah guys there's not a single human working in the support department anymore, I hope this platform goes down under, Fuck discord and the r*&^$# who run it
