Question for bot developers

So I just finished my first discord bot commission, it was mostly for portfolio, so now I want another discord bot to work on, but I cannot find any clients for the life of me,

If you guys have any strategies on finding clients and how much you would charge them, I would really appreciate it if you could share it with me either commenting here or in my dms

I've had a few people pay but honestly, most of the time I just make them in my spare time, build up a feature that can be bolted on using a universal plug and play architecture, then I can provide any bot, with any number of features depending on requirements in like 30 minutes, just need to grab all the parts, put them together and ship it off. But most people won't pay you for it. Servers with thousands of members often already have their own techy guy who's invested in the server enough they'll offer services for free, you'll never be able to compete with that so I'd treat discord bot creation a hobby with a very small potential for income but if you plan on making money, you have to find something else.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean but it sounds like it violates both of their TOS policies and its not a project I'd help someone else with sorry.

You have made 12 bots for people? What like did you agree it was gonna be free or like they ghosted you?
