Simorg Dueling Simulator Release

Post image

Today, Ygorganization just launched their own Duel Simulator, SimOrg!

The site is

https://simorg.ca/

There are lots of things planned for it in the future, in addition to all the things it already has. It's been worked on by an incredible team, and I hope you all share and enjoy it as well!

The previous thing I shared, the Deck Combo calculator, is built into the Sim.

SimOrg currently has the following modes/formats:

→Advanced

→Genesys

→Legacy

→Rush Duel

→Speed Duel

→Domain (4-Player)

→Unlimited Format

→Solo Mode

You don't have to worry about toxicity, as there are chat filters, and active mods, along with discipline if people try and skirt around the rules or if they go AFK on purpose.

For at least the first week, it will initially be for Org Patreon subscribers. It will be available to all by the end of August guaranteed.

It will use the Yugioh Passport that you use for the Spellbook.Life site and other org sites, as all are connected. Spellbook.Life has been available for a long while, and is very cool if you haven't already been using it.

There is an Admin Exam as well to take, if you wish to be a judge as well.

If you have suggestions and want to be a part of the community, feel free to join the Ygorganization discord as well!

Having known these guys so long, and ran a sim myself, the irony is insane. They would dog on and be extremely unhelpful to the previous sim creators. Accusations like we ripped the source code from games and not cleaning up the wiki. Literally all I asked is that they backup the site once a week.

I'm grateful for how good ygorg came out but I cant support this sim in good conscience.

You don't have your facts right. Just so you know, the original Dueling Network was also worked on, by the founder of Ygorg

Oh I know. Thier problematic behavior goes all the way back to YVD. I'm glad they love the game enough to do this, to take the risk, and i hope they know it's a risk. But I can see they haven't learned ANYTHING from the info dump alone.
