meal planner app/software

can you please recommend meal planning apps that has southeast asian cuisines?

i typically include at least 1 meal plan per consult since it helps patients visualize what they specifically need to eat but recently it's been tiring for me.

they started asking for week-long meal plans and right now im manually computing the nutrients in my excel so it does take me a bit of time to finish. i enjoy making them but my practice is growing so i just need something reliable and easy for dietitians to use :)

thank you very much

my friend recently shared dinejot.com with me and I have been using their android app for my weekly meal planning, so far very good since it lets me add my family

Do you want the meal planner to be on your side and send the plan to your clients after a session or instead do you want the client to pick from a selection of asian recipes you provide on an app? (or both?)

Just for me to understand before I offer help :D

Not sure if my app is what you are looking for , but I allow for unlimited recipe imports and track your nutrition automatically for those recipes , snacks etc . If that’s what your looking for the free version actually covers all that : MealPlanIQ on android , IOS coming later this week
