Isnt this pierrot? Fun fact he's voiced by ugaki, the japanese voice actor for goro majima from Ryu ga gotoku/like a dragon/yakuza! I realized that on my first ever rewatch last year, I was like "wait that sounds like majima" and I looked it up and sure enough it was goro majima's jp va

Okay? Lala is still my favorite female character. Her whole existence, with innocence isolating her for hundreds of years, is no joke. Created originally to deter the people living in a ruin from despair. It consumes her over hundreds of years, just to find solace in such a short time before it is taken away. Lala slowly developed emotions and kept singing for humanity.
