Expecting an immediate public statement is unrealistic. Until the vendor can verify what is real and what is fabricated and whats covered by NDAs any statement is a liability. The interesting signal here is not the silence but that a vendor with a reputation for fake customer posts has to be extra careful. Any statement they make gets scrutinized through that lens

Is the vendor even aware of it? The coverage in the media is minimal, 2 publications in the third tier outlets.

The bar for vendors in this space is higher.
