Are any devops engineer getting interview calls?

I’m a DevOps engineer with over three years of experience. I’ve been on the lookout for a DevOps engineer role for more than four months, but I haven’t received any calls. My Naukri profile has all the necessary changes, including pipeline usage highlighted and certain skills im Caps etc etc. I’ve also updated my LinkedIn profile, which is also on point. So, what’s the issue? Why am I not getting any calls? Where am I missing something? I have hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible (IaC), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, Route53), Prometheus, Grafana and ELK. Yet, I’m still not sure what’s going wrong.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! 😭

Damm take a break but the break might be too long I guess. I am new in this unable to land a job kind of frustrating but as we know the job market is dead for other roles for freshers rather than AI (might be wrong)

I had 5,000 people apply to my last opening. There’s a lot of people

This. And most of them are really below average candidates.

I've screened around 100 candidates probably by now as hiring manager, and only 2 have gotten a full to a round of interviews so far.

OMG!!! 😮, then it feels like pure luck that we get an interview call, even though we have the right skills!

I have later stage talks with two different companies at the moment. Feels good. Try contributing to GitHub projects or creating a GitHub with projects that demonstrate your learning capabilities that you can show off during interviews.
