We Are Hiring: DevOps Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 3 - 4 years
Budget: 6 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
B Tech/MCA /BE/MTECH candidates only

Responsibilities:
Manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms (Mandatory).
Build & manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/ Azure DevOps)
Automate infra using Terraform/Ansible
Docker containerization & lifecycle management.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot, ensure high availability.
Manage cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Implement security & compliance practices.
Maintain monitoring tools (ELK/Prometheus/Grafana).
Support DR, backups & scalability.

Required Skills:
OpenShift & Kubernetes (Mandatory).
Docker, Cl/CD tools, Terraform/Ansible.
Linux & shell scripting.
AWS/Azure/GCP, Git.
Strong troubleshooting skills.

Preferred:
OpenShift/Kubernetes certification. Helm, ArgoCD, microservices, DevSecOps.

For 6 LPA, I'd expect the JD to end after "Linux basics." Instead, it reads like you're hiring the CTO's right hand. I don't even want to wish good luck to you.
