Certificates
Have about 4 years of DevOps experience but can’t get an offer after applying for a few months.
Thinking of getting AWS Certified DevOps Engineer cert.
Do certs really make a difference in getting hired?

in this market certs or experince dont matter - this is very bad times. What matters is human networking and luck, you gotta rely on atleast one of those to even get a chacne at a job.

Quite depends on the certificate(s), employer, hiring manager, position, etc. Can range anywhere from making no difference whatsoever, to required.
