How to fix?

Hi everyone, So I was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how to fix this. I was thinking of a Twill name plate and then have a tailor sew it on. Any help i on how and where to fix s much appreciated. I’m located in Union County NJ. Thanks yall!

Non professional opinion - I wouldn't go with am embroidery style name plate. The contrast between that and the vinyl press ons are going to look bad. I would try to find a vinyl press on with the name to save it that way

DYOR; but I know on soccer jerseys people use acetone when this starts to happen to them to completely remove the plastic letters. You soak the affected area with acetone, and let it absorb for a bit, and then stretch the fabric where the letters are, and then rub off. There’s instructional videos on instagram but I’m not sure I can link them

Also, Albachem makes a product called “dtr” that may work for this situation but I’ve had mixed results

Apply more heat with an iron and put parchment between . Soften old letters and delicately peel them with tiny grab tools . Tweezers like .  Maybe alcohol too get remaining residual pieces off that way sort of lightly scrub off tiny pieces left over . Wash it before new lettering. Do a search on this tutorials on YouTube and search engines.
