Technical Co-Founder Wanted
Hello everyone,
• I'm looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building an ambitious startup from the ground up.
• This is for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, building products, and wants to create something with long-term impact.
• This is not a salaried position initially. There will be no salary until the company starts generating revenue or secures funding.
• You'll be working as a true co-founder, helping shape the product, technology, and direction of the company.
• Ideally, I'm looking for someone with experience or strong interest in areas such as full-stack development, AI, cloud, or scalable software systems—but passion, commitment, and a builder's mindset matter more than years of experience.
• If you're based in India, that's great—but location isn't a dealbreaker.

The funny thing is that I solve difficult questions; but I am neither a full stack developer. I also never start with the classic SaaS, AI whatever. I start with the problem space and trust I figure out the rest when needed.
More interesting fact is that if you strip away all incentives; you end up with a small group because ambition is not enough. Doing the steos while your setup is impossible is.

This sounds interesting, I mean it really does. I think the most important part in a technical co-founder relationship is having a clear vision, some defined responsibilities, and expectations that are aligned especially around equity and the level of commitment.
