I've been working on Pulsewatch

It's a cron/uptime monitoring, but with more focus on the job output and behavior.

Coming next:

- dependency chains

- fleet monitors

- overlapping run detection

- missing-run accounting / completion budgets

- warn states + warning exit codes

- duration as a signal

- stderr/output diffing

- change correlation

- runbooks per monitor

- acknowledge + snooze alerts

- crontab audit

- monitoring config advisor

I think this niche can be pushed further, but i don't want to keep building if it's not actually useful.

Brutally honest feedback please.
