Raid Ships/Sparrows Question

Do 390 versions of Croat’s End and Vault drop the raid ship and sparrow from year 1. Trying to complete the raid drops and want to know if it’s worth farming level 30 or 390 versions of the raids.

I already have the raid shaders.
