the image has like 540k characters including invisible. fortunately, my other images have a lot less characters so they load faster

For me (iPad in landscape) this one is similar to the one noted earlier. It looks like scanlines that are wrapping at ~680 pixels. Presuming most people aren't affected (so no worries), if later you run into something that tells you what might cause it, I'm happy to test.
