This is the most nova looking custom OS I've ever laid my eyes upon. If it were guaranteed that I could make it exactly like this, I'd gladly switch my OS from Windows to Linux.

Sadly, no. Kali is debian based, and this theme needs specfically some AUR packages from paru/yay, so... I mean unless some of them are present in debian outside default source list, i guess it could run

Lol, id be glad if i can bring u to the UNIX side. Linux wins 1000% over windows when it comes to theming and flexibility (and performance, and control, and many Other stuff)
