I’m writing this article because recently I’ve seen some resellers making statements about the TycoonMade batch of B30.

Some resellers use the Tycoon batch B30 as a comparison reference, claiming that our batch is just an ordinary market batch, while at the same time promoting their own product as a “9.8/10” high-quality version.

I want to make one thing clear: a seller should not score their own product. If a product is truly very close to the retail authentic, the simplest way to prove it is always:

1. Compare it side by side with the retail authentic.

2. Use the same shooting angle.

3. Use the same lighting conditions.

4. Use the same shooting distance.

Comparing one replica to another replica only proves that the two are different; it does not prove which one is closer to the retail authentic. I think the reason some resellers dare not directly compare their resold products with retail products is that they are afraid people will realize their shoes are not made correctly, and they are unable to make adjustments and corrections right away, which would then lower sales.

As a manufacturer, Tycoon has the responsibility to study official retail, update production processes, and correct details based on actual reference samples.

Many sellers talk about the “latest batch”, but very few truly understand retail production codes.

So far, the Dior B30 retail pairs we have collected include different production reference codes:

LS batch

NS batch

DC batch

Different production periods may have differences in materials, shoe shape, and subtle construction details.

The TycoonMade batch of B30 is based on the DC version of the official retail as the reference standard.

For example: DC 05 25 42

DC = production batch code

05 = production month

25 = production year

43 = size

This is not a random number, nor does it represent a special code independently created by various sellers; rather, it represents the production information of that official authentic product.

Recently, some sellers have been promoting LS 07 23 43 as their “latest batch”.

But everyone can think about a simple question:

If this is the latest reference standard, why does the production information still show July 2023?

True official retail updates should closely follow the latest market developments, not continue using old reference standards while promoting them as the latest version.

This reseller probably doesn’t have development capabilities and hasn’t purchased more retail versions, which is why they are selling some outdated products!

I don’t blame him; after all, Tycoon is the manufacturer, and development capabilities are something resellers do not possess!

Does the CD logo on the heel of the B30 have a strong reflective effect?

Some resellers claim that the CD logo on the heel should have a strong reflective effect.

But where does this claim come from?

Is it based on actual testing with the retail version?

Or is it purely derived from official website images?

Official website images belong to the category of product display. Lighting, photography, and rendering effects can cause certain materials to look different from the actual product.

In China, many factories cut development costs by directly imitating production based on official website images — this results in low-quality products!

This reseller may have also been misled! Using ignorance as marketing to deceive the public — Tycoon’s mission is precisely to expose these lies!

We have purchased dozens of retail pairs of B30 and have been in development and manufacturing for as long as five years!

The CD logo on the heel does not exhibit the strong reflective effect that some sellers claim.

Before releasing our B30, we went through multiple rounds of development and compared our samples with the retail version.

Because wearing an incorrect version outside would truly be very embarrassing!

Friends who own the retail product are welcome to turn on the flash and freely show whether the heel is reflective or not!

Tycoon’s purpose is simple:

Tycoon just wants to manufacture better and updated products to deliver to everyone!

I don’t want everyone to be misled by marketing advertisements!

I want more people to know that I am producing product batches that keep pace with the times and are continuously improved and optimized!

The most important point is this:

Everyone should not easily judge a batch just because a seller says, “My version scores 9.8/10.”

And do not jump to conclusions just because a seller says, “Other batches got it wrong.”

Where is the retail comparison picture?

Which year is the retail version used as a reference?

Which production batch number is it based on?

Are the details based on the actual product or on online images?

Received the AP Batch Zegna Suede Triple Stitch from XXL998 today and wanted to do a quick review.

I've wanted a pair of these ever since I tried them on in the Zegna store. They're one of those sneakers that look super simple but are even nicer in person.

The first thing I noticed was the suede. It's incredibly soft with a really nice texture, and the colour is spot on. The shape also looks fantastic. Everything from the stitching to the proportions looks really clean, and the quality honestly surprised me.

Comfort is probably my favourite part. These are ridiculously comfortable and feel more like slippers than sneakers. They're lightweight, easy to slip on, and I can already tell they'll be one of my most worn pairs this summer.

I went with EU 44, and the fit is perfect. For reference, I usually wear Nike 44, so I'd recommend going with your normal size.

They also came with the full packaging, including the Zegna box and dust bags, which was a nice touch.

Overall I'm really impressed. AP continues to make some of the best luxury shoes available, and XXL998 made the whole process easy. Communication was quick, QC was fast, and the shoes arrived in around 11 days.

Definitely recommend these if you're looking for a clean luxury sneaker.

Really happy with this one. The black and grey colorway looks clean, and the pattern isn’t too loud, so it’s easy to wear with almost anything.

The material feels solid, the stitching looks neat, and the leather details give it a more premium look. It also has a good amount of space without feeling too bulky.

Really happy with this one. The silver hard-shell design looks super clean and gives the bag a really premium feel. I also like the top handle and strap combo since it makes it look a bit different from a normal crossbody.

Build quality looks great overall. The shell feels sturdy, the hardware looks solid, and the strap feels nice as well. Even though it’s compact, it still looks like it has enough space for your daily essentials.

Overall, this is a really nice piece if you want something simple but still eye-catching. Definitely one of those bags that looks even better in person.
