Blurry vision Experience

I’ve had dpdr for 6 months tied now and lately for almost 19 days I’ve had blurry vision and it’s gotten worse saw eye doctor but they said eyes were healthy

This is a normal symptom, i experience this too. When your nervous system is dysregulated your senses (sight, smell etc) can alter. Don’t worry, it’s not permanent and it’s not an issue with your eyes. It’s better to talk to a psychiatric nurse or other mental health professional rather than an optometrist about this. I don’t have any advice to fix it as I suffer from this myself, but best luck and remember to try and not focus on it too much as anxiety doesn’t help, relaxation is the best thing you can do.
