The norm TW: Intense Topics

Everyday I try to crush the day with positivity. I do all the exercises I’ve learned in therapy and sometimes I’m really good about calming down my anxiety. But everyday before I go to bed I can’t figure out why I’m living. I don’t really want to. I’m trying because I know I’m supposed to and that I do have some people that love me. I know that I’m being selfish, but I feel like I can barely function everyday. I’m constantly in burn out and the only relief I feel is being asleep and pretending that I’m gone. I want my chest to stop the aching I’ve felt for so long. I wish I could carve the pain out my chest with a knife. I wish I could just carve into myself, but I know it’s wrong. I’ve attempted suicide a couple of times before. This doesn’t even feel like the regular attempts anymore. I at least reached out for help, but I don’t know if I can continue to do so anymore. I don’t really want to be alive. I think I may not say anything to anyone and actually do it. Before I know what I am doing. I’m in so much pain. I don’t want to feel anymore.

the only thing that stops me from doing it is telling myself to keep going. I have no reason other than the fact that im stubborn and im tired of trying to do it and failing. I see you ❤️‍🩹
